Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an effective form of treatment for addiction, mental health conditions, and eating disorders.

Individuals suffering from addiction, metal health issues, and eating disorders are oftentimes plagued by destructive thought patterns. CBT promotes clients to take action in their recovery by examining and acknowledging reoccurring thoughts. The first step to phasing out negative and unhealthy thinking patterns is awareness of them. Once clients are empowered by their awareness of their own thought patterns, they are equipped with this awareness as a tool they can utilize to change the way they choose to think and process the world around them.
